Applications are invited from Indian nationals possessing the prescribed qualifications and experience for the following positions:

Assistant Registrar – 1 Post (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 45 years
Qualification : Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Experience : A minimum of eight years of relevant experience of relevant experience of which at least three years should be in a responsible supervisory position in the immediate lower grade of Rs.6500-10500 / 7500-12000 (pre-revised) in Establishment & Administration/Service conditions/Academic administration / Examination Branch/ Students affairs in Government or Autonomous Research/ Educational Institutions fully funded by the Government or University. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations.
Pay : Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

Scientific Officer – 1 post (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 45 years
Qualification : First Class in B.E/B. Tech (with minimum of eight years experience) or First Class in M.E./M.Tech (with minimum of five years experience) in Computer Science Engineering or Electronics & Communication.
Experience : The applicant should have been part of a System and Network Administration team at an institution in Government or Autonomous Research/ Educational Institutions fully funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute, with more than 500 computers plus network devices and more than 500 users running a heterogeneous mix of operating systems. The applicant must also have experience with setting up and maintaining web servers, email services and open directory services.
Pay : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

Personal Assistant – 2 Posts (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 40 years
Qualification : (i) Bachelor’s degree with an excellent command over the English Language; (ii) Proficiency in Stenography and Computer key depression speed equivalent to 60 w.p.m. (iii) Diploma/Proficiency certificate in Computer and Office applications and (iv) five years relevant experience. OR (i) Three Year Diploma in Commercial Practice with an excellent command over the English Language (ii) Diploma/Proficiency certificate in Computer and Office applications and (iii) seven years relevant experience.
Experience : The required experience should be in Government or Autonomous Research/Educational Institution fully funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute. The experience should be in computer office application, maintaining office systems including data management and other secretarial practices, maintenance of daily diary, appointments, meetings, ticketing, public relations/public management etc. Candidates having experience in Hindi Typing will be preferred.
Pay : Rs. 9300-34,800 (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

Accountant – 2 Posts (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 40 years
Qualification : M.Com with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with three years relevant experience OR B.Com with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with five years relevant experience.
Experience : The required experience should be in Accounts/Budget/Audit in Government or Autonomous Research / Educational Institutions fully funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute, handling day to day financial activities / functions like pay roll management, establishment matters, payments for procurement of indigenous & foreign items, works bills, budgeting, preparation of annual accounts in a computerized environment etc.. Should have working knowledge on accounting software /tally etc.
Pay : Rs. 9300-34,800 (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

Office Assistant (Multi-Skill) – 1 Post (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 40 years
Qualification : (i) Bachelors Degree, (ii) Computer key depression speed equivalent to 60 W.P.M (iii) Proficiency in office applications like word, excel, power point etc. and (iv) three years relevant experience. OR (i) Three Year Diploma in Commercial Practice (ii) Proficiency in office applications like word, excel, power point etc. and (iii) five years relevant experience.
Experience : The required experience should be in office procedure like maintenance of files, noting, drafting, diary, dispatch, other general administrative/accounts functions in a computerized environment, and handling office automation equipment / instruments etc. in Government or Autonomous Research/Educational Institution fully funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute. Should have knowledge of establishment, recruitment, accounting procedure and other service rules.
Pay : Rs. 5200-20,200 (PB-1) + Grade Pay Rs.2800/- Starting pay in the pay band will be Rs.8560/-

Technical Assistant – 1 Post (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 40 years
Qualification : First Class in B.E /B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering OR First Class in Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience : One to three years experience in Government or Autonomous Research/Educational Institution fully funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute, in areas such as installation and running of scientific software packages on various platforms. Should have proficiency in HTML, Web design, Educational instructional software.
Pay : Rs. 9300-34,800 (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

Technical Assistant – 1 Post (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 40 years
Qualification :First Class Master’s Degree in Physics or Chemistry with one to three years relevant experience.
Experience :The required experience should be in the day-to-day running of instruments such as spectrometers, chromatographic systems and their routine maintenance and in demonstrating undergraduate experiments for students in Government or Autonomous Research/Educational Institution fully funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute.
Pay : Rs. 9300-34,800 (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

Junior Engineer – 1 Post (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 40 years
Qualification : First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering with three years relevant field experience or First Class in B. E /B.Tech in Civil Engineering with one year relevant field experience
Experience : The required experience should be in reputed institutions/firms dealing with construction of buildings as per Government /CPWD norms. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in preparation of tender documents, estimates, civil drawings using software, AutoCAD and execution/supervision of works, works accounts procedure, bye-laws of local bodies etc.

Library Information Assistant – 1 Post (unreserved)
Age : Preferably below 40 years
Qualification : i) Master Degree in Library Science after obtaining a Degree or its equivalent in General / Technical Education. Diploma in Computer Applications/Library Automation and Networking will be preferred.
Experience : One to three years experience in a Library/Computerization of a library in Government or Autonomous Research/Educational Institution funded by the Government or University or an Institution of Repute. Experience of working in a modern, preferably automated environment is essential. Experience in handling library management software desirable.
Pay : Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) +Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
