Walk-in- selection Test for Technical Associates (TA – JRF)
Applications are invited for approximately five positions of Technical Associates (JRF) on contractual basis for DIP/GIS related work, initially for a period of six months. Extension of tenure to the deserving TAs would be possible only if it is required for the project.
Post : Technical Associates (JRF)

Essential Qualification : M.Sc./B.E./M.A.(Geography)/MCA from recognised University/Institute with some experience of remote sensing & GIS applications (special paper, project, dissertation etc).
Emoluments: Rs. 16,000/-p.m. (fixed) + HRA as admissible.
Age: Shall not be more than 30 years as on date of advertisement
Selection Process : Candidates have to appear for written test, hands-on test and interview at 9.30 AM on February 15, 2011. Selection will be done on the basis of qualification, experience and performance in the written test/interview/hands-on tests. Decision of the Director General, FSI will be final in this regard. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview/test.
Candidates should bring their biodata, original certificates of educational qualification and work experience along with attested copies and two passport size photographs.
