MANAGEMENT TRAINEE(FINANCE)

Qualification : Candidate should possess CA/ICWA /MBA (Finance) degree with basic qualification of B.Com/M.Com or Engineering qualification in Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical Engineering.

Desired Experience : CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) with one year post qualification experience in the reputed organization in Finalization of Accounts, Taxation Audits and Commercial matters.

Compensation : The Management Trainee/s will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 35,000/- P.M. during the probation period of 02 years. On successful completion of probation period, the candidate will be absorbed as Dy. Chief Accounts Officer. The post of Dy. Chief Accounts Officer carries the Pay Scale of Rs. 27000-44710 plus DA, HRA, CLA, Medical, LTC as per Company’s rules (Gross starting emoluments as on date Rs.46000 approx.). The company may provide accommodation facilities in its township in Vadodara in case of availability as per Company’s rules.

Age Limit : Less than 35 years

Job Profile:
The incumbents depending upon his posting in Commerce and Finance/ Accounts shall have to handle Power purchase/sale, Trading, Power Purchase Agreements/Tariff, Finalization of Accounts, Working Capital Management, Fund raising and its Management, Taxation, Audit related matters.
