JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Taking care of day to day Call Logging/Helpdesk activities.
* Responding to client emails and raising tickets.
* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Following up with Service Centre's for call closures and updates.
* Customer satisfaction Surveys.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Location: Mumbai
