-converting leads generated by the Call Center into appointments

-reminding customers on the appointments

-Assign teams to provide services

-Target achievement(Calls, lead generation, appointments)

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Compensation: Rupees 1,25,000 – 1,50,000

Education: UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Customer interaction experience
