JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Process Manager (for Client Billing and Collections Process)

Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with experience in client billing and or collection process operations will be given preference.

Education: Any UG Qualification with an MBA/PGDBM.

Location: Bangalore

Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM

Role Summary

Manage two different processes and teams, ensuring the smooth flow of the operations as a whole. This includes being involved in recruiting the right candidates for the team; training and addressing any issues that may arise; improve/enhance the process as needed to make sure that our client experience is consistently high-quality.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the client billing and collections processes in the Bangalore office ensuring that it meet Replicon standards

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Bangalore and Canadian teams

• Interact with counterparts in Calgary to understand the requirements and communicate to the team

• Solve problems in the operations (infrastructure, people issues, processes, etc.), and get onsite management team involved when necessary

• Constantly monitor the results of the individuals on your team and provide feedback and coaching to them ensuring they meet expectations

• People Management & Attrition Management(Accounts Payables, Core Billing, Accounts Receivables, Cash Applications, Collections, Transition, Contracts Management)

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required

Industry Type: IT-Software/ Software Services

Role: Asst. Mgr/Mgr -(Non Technical)

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Result oriented perspective and proven credentials of team leadership

• People management skills – hands on experience in team building activities and also involved in appraisal process

• Motivation and coaching skills to guide the team to achieve decided targets

• Six Sigma certified would be an added advantage.
