JOB DESCRIPTION:
• 2-3 years of PQE in corporate tax with good(tier one) firms
• Max consultancy experience (preferred) / Industry experience in the field of direct taxation.
• Basic knowledge of direct tax provisions, relating to both the income tax act as well as a general understanding of international tax concepts as emerging from tax treaties.
• Work exposure in regulatory work related to SEBI, RBI, NBFC, FEMA, would be helpful though is not a mandatory requisite(2 - 3 years of PQE in corporate tax with goodtier one firms)
