JOB DESCRIPTION:

The job responsibilities will be the following

•To manage the staff, responsible for analyzing, interpreting and entry of data for specific process (es). Need to handle the project independently.

•Responsible for meeting all productivity, quality and service level agreement targets.

•Consulting and interacting with the business or functional area leadership team to achieve desired business results.

•Be a subject matter expert in the area for his/her processes. Provide hands-on assistance to the team in case of issues, both, through direct intervention and mentoring.

•Provide the necessary training and knowledge sharing on an ongoing basis to the team

•Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.(Team Lead,BPO,Operations)

Experience: 4 – 6 Years

Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Education: UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required

Industry Type: BPO/ITES

Role: Team Leader -(Non Technical)

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

•Typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience needed. Master’s degree desirable. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with at least 1-2 years in team lead role with relevant experience in Telecom/F&A (AP) domain.

•Certified six sigma green belt required.

•Willing to work in shifts.

•Should have handled a Team size of 10-15.

•Experience in Process Transition/Migration (Should have done at least one transition).

•Good knowledge in Document Management System (imaging, workflow etc).

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
