JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overall Purpose of the job
To deliver phone calls to supporters as per the requirements of the Supporter Services plan.
Performance Indicators
*Completing assigned calls within stipulated time
*Ensure quality and accuracy of calls
*Meet pre-agreed calling and/ or income targets
Major tasks & responsibilities
*To ensure the delivery of different types of calls, as per the timelines.
*To ensure that the supporter fully understands the content and intent of the assigned call.
*To ensure that the contents of the Tele-calling script are clearly communicated and understood by the supporter.
*Ensure that all supporter information, during welcome calls, entered in sign up and mandate forms is duly verified.
*On each reactivation and upgrade call, ensure that the ‘ask’ is done to realize maximum income for the organisation.
*Ensure during ‘Save our supporter’ calls that every supporter is requested to retain her/ his support to the organization, to realize maximum income for the organisation.
Communications
*Ensure that the diverse views and perceptions of the public at large are held with respect
*Be an ambassador for fund raising and outreach for Greenpeace
*Communicate information to the public at large in order to the make public aware about the environment, the essence of Greenpeace and its campaigns
Public Engagement & Outreach
*Assist and contribute to various public (both supporters and non supporters) engagement and Outreach programs conducted by Greenpeace.
*Assist in the gathering of public (both supporters and non supporters) perception information in the course of Tele-calling.
Confidentiality
*Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to Greenpeace(telecalling, telecaller)
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore
Compensation: Salary best according to the industry standards
Education: UG – Diploma – Any Specialization PG – Post Graduation Not Required
Industry Type: NGO/Social Services
Role: Telecalling/Telemarketing Exec.
Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
*Graduate or Diploma holder, in any stream, with 10+2.
*At least 2 year’s experience as a Tele-caller.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Excellent telephone etiquette.
*Working knowledge of MS Office and fluency in MS Word, Power-point and Excel.
*Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
*Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of Hindi. Knowledge of at least one other India’s official language is preferable.
*Willing to join immediately.
