Company Secretary in SMG Scale V
Qualification : First class graduate with ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 Years
Fixed Compensation : Rs. 8 Lakhs p.a. & Variable Compensation- Rs.3 Lakhs p.a.
Selection Procedure :
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the bank in this regard shall be final.
