The Food Corporation of India, one of the largest Public Sector Undertakings, dealing with Food grain supply-chain management wishes to recruit young and skilled Category III personnel for manning posts in its depots or offices spread all over the country.

Qualification:
Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University along with ‘O’ level computer qualification of DOEACC.
OR
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application.
Assistant Grade III (Accounts)-55 Posts

Age limit as on 1.8.2010: 25 Years
Qualification:
(i) Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Mathematics/ Statistics from a recognized University
And Food Corporation of India, West Zone, ISO 9001:2000 Certified
(ii)‘O’ level computer qualification of DOEACC/Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application.
Assistant Grade III (Tech.)-250 Posts

Age limit as on 1.8.2010: 25 Years
Qualification:
(i)Graduate Degree in Science preferably in Agriculture from a recognized University. And
(ii)‘O’ level computer qualification of DOEACC/Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application.
Assistant Grade III (Depot)-300 Posts

Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-22940
Age limit as on 1.8.2010: 25
Qualification:
Graduate Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized University along with ‘O’ level computer qualification of DOEACC.
OR
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application.
Selection Process:
Selection process consists of a written test only. The written test will be conducted on 19.12.2010.
How To Apply :
Candidates have to submit a Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) through a bank drawn in favour of Food Corporation of India, payable at Mumbai. No other mode of payment would be accepted. Application can be made in online mode only. The candidates who apply online have to fill all the details online, then take a print out of filled form, affix photo & put signatures at designated places & then send the form along with demand draft & photocopies of certificates to the Post Box Number, as mentioned therein. The online application window can be accessed at http://specialtest.in/fci for a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Here is the syllabus for FCI Cat III group ACD:
Paper will consists two parts:
150 mins
a) Objective
1: Basic Agriculural concepts 30 questions
2: Reasoning aptitude and DI 45 questions
3:Computer Basics: 30 Questions
4:Current affairs and Indian economy:20
5:ENglish:25 question
b)Subjective
60 mins
1:AGriculture Based problem
2:Any general administrative problem
3:Any technological based problem
Basically essay type questions
This pattern is disclosed by coaching institutes in delhi.
It is an expected syllabus but from highly reliable and experienced source.
