Directorate General Border Security Force Invites Applications for the Recruitment of following ASI/HC :

Head Constable (Radio Operator)
No of Posts : 500
Age : 18-23 yrs
Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent plus two years ITI certificate in Radio and TV or Electronics or Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.

Head Constable (Fitter)
No of Posts : 17
Age : 18-23 yrs
Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution ; and two years Industrial Training Institute certificate in Engine Fitter or Diesel Mechanic or Automobile or Motor Mechanic from an Institution recognized by State or Central Government; or Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Radio Mechanic)
No of Posts : 112
Age : 18-25 yrs
Qualification : Matric with Diploma in Radio and TV Technology of Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances from any Institution recognized by State or Central Government or 10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.

Physical Standards :
Height : 170 cms
Chest : 80 cms (85 cms after expansion)
Weight : Corresponding to Height.

Application Fee :
Fee should be paid by a Crossed Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- (Fifty) only for Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of the Inspector General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/post office. SC/ST and Departmental candidates are exempted for the payment of fee
