Application are invited from male Indian citizens who fulfill the eligibility conditions for filling up the following Group”c”posts in the Sahastra Seema Bal :

Sub Inspector ( Pioneer)
No of Posts : 37
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Civil Enginering
Age Limit : 20 to 25 yrs
Pay Scale : 9300-34800+4200

ASI ( Steno )
No of Posts : 68
Qualification : Matriculation with three years Diploma in Secretatial Practice of Modern Officer Practice or Commercial Practice from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
Age Limit : 18 to 25 yrs
Pay Scale : 5200-20200+2800

Head Constable (Electrician)
No of Posts : 42
Qualification : Diploma in the trade of Electrian
Age Limit : 18 to 25 yrs
Pay Scale : 5200-20200+2400

Head Constable (Workshop)
No of Posts : 47
Qualification : Diploma in Automobile
Age Limit :18 to 24 yrs
Pay Scale : 5200-20200+2400

Constable (Veterinary)
No of Posts : 135
Qualification : Matric or equivalent with science from a recognized board / institute or equivalent with science
Age Limit : 18 to 23 yrs
Pay Scale : 5200-20200+2000

Application Fee : Rs. 50/- for Gen/OBC Candidates, No Fee For All Others

How To Apply :
Eligible and desirous candidates should send their applications BY POST in the prescribed proforma as given in Annexure-I with Attested passport size photographs duly affived on the application from and admit card duly completed in all respect, on or before the closing date as per the following details

SSB Guwahati, Assam
(payable at SBI Guwahati)

The envelope Containing the application should be subscribed in block letters a “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………….. ……………….. POST CODE NO”…………. BY POST, along with the Bank Draft/IPO of Rs. 50/- as application fee, attested copies of testimonials and admit card duly filled in. Two postage Stamps of Rs. 6/- (Six) each should also be attached with the application form. The application recieved after the last dare will not be entertained and summarily rejected. No Correspondence will be entertained on this account.
