TMC invites applications from health care professionals of Indian nationality, who after an excellent postgraduate training are keen to pursue a career in Academic Medicine related to Oncology. Full time faculty & staff positions in various departments available at the TMC are listed below:
1. Professor & Head, Experimental Medicine
Qualification & Experience : M.D./Ph.D in the relevant field. The incumbent would be required to evolve and lead a group of investigators that will address questions in diverse areas of biomedical research relevant to cancer. It is expected that the new department will foster collaboration between clinicians and basic scientists in areas relevant to the practice of oncology.

2. Professor & Head, Haemato-Oncology Research Laboratory
Qualification & Experience : D.M./M.D./Ph.D. in the relevant field. The incumbent would be required to evolve and lead a group of investigators that will address questions in all areas of Heamato-Oncology and foster collaboration between clinicians and basic scientists. In addition, the incumbent will head the expanded laboratory and will be expected to undertake basic and translational research and provide support services for Haemato-Oncology patients.

3. Professor/Assistant Professor, Gynaecology
Qualification & Experience : M.Ch.(Gynaecology) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by MCI or M.D.(Gynaecology) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by MCI with minimum 3 years experience after post graduation. Minimum one year experience in Gynaec Oncology. Candidates with 10 years post M.D. experience in Gynaec Oncology in an established set up will be considered Professor grade.

4. Assistant Professor, Plastic Surgery
Qualification & Experience : M.Ch. (Plastic Surgery) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by MCI. Experience in Onco-reconstruction/Microvascular Surgery is desirable.

5. Assistant Professor, Radiation Oncology
Qualification & Experience : M.D. (Radiation Oncology/Radiotherapy) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by Medical Council of India with minimum 3 years Post M.D. experience in a MCI recognized teaching hospital or cancer centre. Adequate experience in Brachytherapy techniques, advanced 3D conformal treatment planning techniques and IMRT are desirable for this position.

6. Assistant Professor, Radiology
Qualification & Experience : M.D. or equivalent postgraduate degree in Radiology/Radio-diagnosis recognized by MCI with 3 years post M.D. experience as Senior Resident in the relevant field.

7. Medical Physicist `D’
Qualification & Experience : M.Sc.(Physics) and Diploma in Radiological Physics conducted by BARC or equivalent with minimum five years experience. Expertise in advanced technologies is required. Candidates with Ph.D.and longer experience may also apply for consideration for higher grade.

8. Assistant Medical Physicist `C’
Qualification & Experience : M.Sc.(Physics) and Diploma in Radiological Physics conducted by BARC or equivalent.
