Job Title: Technical Recruiter/Sr.Technical Recruiter/Team Lead

Job Location: Noida-Night Shift

Duration: Full Time

Job Description

1. To hire Technical IT consultants for Contract/CTH/Fulltime positions with our clients.

2. Engaging in full cycle recruiting starting from sourcing to Pre On-boarding.

3. Using traditional and nontraditional methods of finding candidates.

4. Selling to candidates the company and customer value proposition.

5. Screening candidates before presentation.

6. Coaching and preparing candidates for interview.

7. Negotiating rates and offers with candidates.

Skills

1. 1-7years of hands on experience in IT technology recruiting experience

Energetic, Independent, Aggressive and full of drive.

2. Has and can create strong network of candidates.

3. Excellent communication skills, presentations skills, coaching skills and negotiation skills

4. Creativity in sourcing candidates from wherever they are hiding

5. Knowledge of visa requirements for candidates who are non US citizens.

Education

1. BS Degree or equivalent.
