1. Working knowledge on COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, DB2 / IMS DB (Assembler exp preferred)
2. Worked on tools as REXX, FOCUS, Endevor, Xpeditor and File Aid is preferred
3. Knowledge in design concepts and SDLC
4. Knowledge in Project Management activities
