Job Description
ROLES AND OUTCOMES:
1. Provide technical leadership to team.
2. Translate requirements into design and drive the implementation.
3. Coding and unit testing.
4. Drive the SDLC within the team, plan builds, test and bug fixing cycles.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. B.E/B.Tech
2. Core Java, Eclipse RCP and EMF, SWT, Swing, JDBC, SQL/CQL, Multithreading, Eclipse 3.x, JNI.
3. Knowledge of design patterns.
4. Should be very good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
5. Good exposure to configuration management and build activities.
6. Good communication (and documentation) skills.
7. Must have worked with small teams.
8. Must be well versed with SDLC.
DESIRABLE:
1. Advanced Java (J2EE)
2. Exposure to desktop product development.
3. Some experience in C++
