Job Description
Good knowledge in Oracle Database Administration.
Will be responsible for installing and upgrading the oracle servers and related oracle tools
Will be responsible for creating primary data base storage structures once the application developers have designed an application.
Will be responsible for allocating system storage and planning for future storage requirements for the data base systems.
Will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database and offering assistance to developers in optimizing their application, queries etc.
Will be responsible for planning for back up and recovery of the databases, maintaining archived data on tape.
Will be responsible for designing, creating, structural integrity of all oracle data base objects,
Will be responsible for enrolling users and maintaining system security, controlling user access to the database.
Build the physical data structures.
Make database design modifications.
Troubleshoot problem queries and update.
Allocate and manage physical resources.
Monitoring database activity and performance.
Tune database for performance.
Install and upgrade software.
Plan,test and implements backup and recovery procedures.

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ yrs of exp.
OCP Certification is desired.
