Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Key Technologies: Java/J2EE, Struts, XML, WebSphere or WebLogic, Web Services/SOA, HTML/XHTML/CSS/Javascript, RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, DB2), Proficiency on any Unix platform
2. 6+ years of hands on development experience on key technologies
3. Ability to communicate really well, 2+ years of experience with US customers.
4. Good understanding of systems, Networking, Infrastructure and Application Security issues
5. Direct experience interfacing with customers in the US - troubleshooting and resolving application, environmental issues
6. Broad exposure to different kinds of technologies/environments
7. Candidate must be a highly motivated team player with a strong drive and desire to be a highly contributing member of a successful team; should be able to work independently.
GOOD TO HAVE:
1. Experience with tools like Hibernate, Ajax, DOJO, Swing
2. Experience with implementing and integrating packaged software solutions
3. CRM Industry Experience
