Job Description

The resource should possess 5-8 years of experience.Banking exposure would be preferable.

Should possess a good communication skills and leadership skills.

Having good grasp and analytical skills.

UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required
PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should have exposure in implementing custom .NET components

2. Should have good exposure to Architectural Patterns and Design Patterns

3. Should have experience in imparting .NET training

4. Should have had direct interaction with international clients

5.Should be a quick learner and ability to easily adapt to new framework

6. Should have very good problem solving skills

7. Should have knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies

8. Experience in competency center is an advantage

9. Experience in pre-sales is an advantage

10. Define program structure based on the technical design

11. Develop code based on the technical design in compliance with the quality process guidelines

12. Prepare, execute test cases and document test results
