Roles and Responsibilities: Remedy Administration – L2 , RDBMS – L1 , Unix Application Programming – L2
Skill & Job Requirements: RDBMS – L1 – ? Exposure to Basic Relational Database Concepts – basic types of databases, data integrity, the relational model,etc ? Ability to understand basics of DB Design , Logical modeling , Normalization & De-Normalization Techniques

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3-4YEARS
Skills: At Wipro Technologies you will be responsible for
RDBMS – L1 – ? Exposure to Basic Relational Database Concepts – basic types of databases, data integrity, the relational model,etc ? Ability to understand basics of DB Design , Logical modeling , Normalization & De-Normalization Techniques
4 to 6 years of experience in programming & software development, of which 2years is around the Remedy ARS platform.
In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite � Remedy Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Service Level Agreements. ITIL Foundation a must, ITIL Practitioners a plus
Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like HP OV, Tivoli, Netcool, SAP, Billing apps, CRM, provisioning s/w etc . Knowledge of Web Services technology is plus
