JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strong Knowledge in Windows Server Operations and Troubleshooting. Implementation Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS. Scripting Knowledge ( VB Script, Batch File). Hands-on experience working with backup clients like Netbackup, Backupex, Arc Server. Server hardware troubleshooting ( HP/Dell), Blade server configuration. Knowledge on Server monitoring tools like HPOV, WhatsupGold, Sitescope, SolarWinds etc. Knowledge on Windows Patch Management system. Experience in ISA, SCOM, SCCM preferred.
Experience with Implementation and Migration of Microsoft Exchange. Troubleshooting Mail server related issues and perform advanced user administration tasks like mailbox recovery and Mail database tuning. Ability to handle disaster situation and knowledge of disaster recovery solution for Exchange.
Citrix Metaframe/XenApp Presentation Server Implementation & administration experience in enterprise level organization
Ability to publish applications in Citrix and extensive troubleshooting knowledge in a Citrix environment.
Implementation Knowledge of Vmware Vsphere.
Experience in Migrating physical servers to Vmware Hosts.
Experience engineering, designing and implementing storage solutions
Experience managing storage devices including EMC, HDS, SUN & NAS
Experience with Data Replication and SAN architecture; Fibre Channel
Protocol; Knowledge in ITIL concepts is added advantage.
Should have worked with US customers. Preferable healthcare experience.(Citrix & Messaging, VMware, Vmware Vsphere, EMC, HDS, SUN & NAS)
