Job Responsibilities:
Align the People Strategy to business goal, formulate & implement HR Systems and Policies.
Manage the complete HR function which includes HRD systems like Recruitment / Outsourcing, Talent management, Organization capability management , HR policies and procedures , employee communication , Performance management ,Reward and Recognition, employee career planning and leadership development and other organization development initiatives like ESS,Organization wide Goal setting, corporate Restructuring, Cost optimization etc.
Responsible for enhancing the organization capability through setting up new practice areas, enhancing the competency of employees and plan for effective engagement.
Preference for having significant experience in Designing and Implementing Staffing Strategies, Policies and Best Practices to acquire Talent to support the Business needs.
Set out quality standards for various operational areas of human resources and ensuring adherence to quality standards as well as designing modifications for overall improvement in quality of service.
Conceptualizing and developing training initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement in line with business goal.
Lead the People development committee and Partner with the LoB heds and employees to address all types of employee relations issues and provided necessary intervention coaching and mentoring
