JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report , talent acquisition and to manage orientation program to the business and culture.
To identify key skills and propose training needs accordingly.
To manage compensation and benefits
To Manage Industrial Relations and to manage contract employment.(Manager HR, Sr.Manager - HR, PGDPM,MSW,MLM, well versed in labour laws)
Experience: 15 - 20 Years
Location: Chennai
Compensation: Rupees 5,00,000 - 6,50,000

Sir,
I already worked in our sharada motor industries ltd, chennai branch. Sir, 28th aug 2010 oneday I am not enable to attend the work because of stamac problem. Unfortunally CEO letter sent to me to immediatly attend the job. Very next day I have attend the work. But our incharge not allow to attend our routine the work. Past day I have sincerly work in our company even holiday days and festival days. Sir, I interested to continue the job. I am wating for good replies thru post, or phone.
