JOB DESCRIPTION
*Quality monitoring, preparing and analyzing quality reports, regular feedback sessions both (collective & one-on-one)
*Regular monitoring, accurate generation of reports, feedback effectiveness and regular improvement in quality and performance.(QA Executive, Quality Mentor)
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Location: Pune
Compensation: Rupees 1,00,000 - 2,25,000

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization

Role: QA/QC Exec.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
*Good motivational and convincing skills
*Provide feedback on all the compliance parameters of the calls monitored
*Collate, maintain & forward monitoring data to TL/AM
*Ensure all feedback is documented in agent coaching logs
