Required Skills:
• 5+ years Java experience (superb coding skills)
• Superb OOD skills
• Excellent design grasp (esp. Gang of four patterns)
• Good knowledge of any MVC framework
• Working knowledge of Spring and Web services.
• Ideal candidate: SENIOR J2EE developer, who can contribute as a tech lead and not as developer(java / J2ee, Spring and Web services)
