JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Support Executive (inbound-Voice process)

#Answer calls and assess customer’s technical support needs.

#Provide technical support for basic operations/trouble shooting.

#Good knowledge on Hardware and networking.(Excellent communication skills, hardware and networking knowledge)

Experience: 1 – 2 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Compensation: Rupees 1,75,000 – 2,25,000

Education: UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required

Industry Type: BPO/ITES

Role: Associate/Sr. Associate -(Technical)

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidates with following criteria only need apply:

Any graduate

Excellent communication skills

Experience as TSR is a must

Hands on experience in hardware and networking

Should be willing to work for UK Shift (2-11PM)

Residents of Hyderabad only need apply
