Assist to identify, hire, train & retain talented staff for all functions of operations,Assist in company planning, project implementation, & staff development.Achievement of budgetary measurements.Analyze performance results & implement improvements(BPO, Outbound, Operations manager, Sales,KPO,ITES,Customer Service)
Experience: 4 – 5 Years

Education: UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization PG – Post Graduation Not Required
