CBSE has introduced the courses of “Food Production” & Food and Beverage Services” in the vocational stream. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Central Tibetan School Administration and Delhi Government has decided to introduce these courses in selected schools, from the academic session 2010-11. There is a requirement of about 25 teachers for teaching the above courses at the + 2 stage in the selected schools of NVS, KVS,CTSA spread all across the country and also for schools of Delhi Government. These posts will be filled up on contract basis and selected candidate will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.18,000/- per month. The persons/candidates possessing the following qualification may attend the walk-in-interview scheduled at 10.00 a.m. on 30th June, 2010 at Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, A-28, Kailash Colony, New Delhi – 110048. Interested candidates are requested to attend the interview with original academic and experience certificate along with passport size photograph, one hour before schedule time. Educational Qualifications required: Degree/3 year diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized University. The candidate must have secured at least 60% marks in degree/diploma in Hotel Management.
Age : The age limit is 40 years as on 31.05.2010.
The candidates are not entitled for any TA/DA to attend the interview.

i have done MSc. in food science and technology. am i eligible for these teaching posts in navodaya vidyalaya.
