Mode of Selection: Candidates fulfilling the minimum prescribed qualifications will be shortlisted on the basis of their educational qualifications, academic records, percentage of
marks etc. or through a screening test at the discretion of the Commission. Candidates, thus, selected may be required to undergo a written proficiency test wherever applicable/required or considered necessary by the Commission at its discretion.
How to apply: Applications must be submitted in the form published in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar dated 27.03.2010. The applications may be typed out in double space or hand written neatly, but format should be the same as published. The applications should be submitted to the concerned Regional Director as per address given in the Notice.
Note (1): Applications submitted on a format which is not exactly the same as published in the advertisement are liable to be rejected summarily.
Note (2): The Commission may consider conducting the Screening Test or Proficiency test for the said post on the same date or different date(s), at its discretion.

sir,
I want to confirm how much age relexation is given to an ex-serviceman, who want to apply for cipher operator.
In the add it is mentioned 5 yrs only for ex-gen
where as it should be service rendered + 3 years
if it is 5 yrs flat only no ex-serviceman will be eligible for the post.

Sir,
This is with respect to filling of the form. Column no 12 is whether seeking age relaxation, if the answer to the question is yes then columns no 12.1 is asking to indicate two digit nemeric code. I want to seek age relaxation under ex serviceman categroy plus obc. There is no list of numerice code provided anywhere in form filling instructions. please guide as to which numeric code the column no 12.1 referring to with respect to form filling instruction.
An early reply will be immense value to me because timely submission of the form will be possible.
The second question is, once the instruction is to fill up separate form for separate post, what does the column no 13 suggest to fill, please guide that also.

Ragarding column 13 , it may be left blank as said from instructions no.8 from the last page of the notice. I am also seeking age relaxation code, unable to get from the site, i called the ssc , but no response

As I have applied for the post of Cipher Operator and Wireless Operator but hane not received any notification about the exam dates nor have received admit cards for the said exam. Pse inform accordingly
