Job Description
JD for the position of Team lead
1. Evaluating Change Request, Asset Management and
2. Vendor Coordination
3. Prepare all Project Schedules and Plans
4. Schedules monitor actual Project Progress against agreed and Plans.
5. of IT Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management projects and change requests
Within the IT operations department
6. Speedy Handle all major escalations and ensure their resolution. Ability to manage multiple
Priorities
7. The Single point of contact for all issues related to contract and its execution.
8. Responsible for successful execution of the SLA to the satisfaction of the site
9. Backups Review Daily activity reports, patch reports, & antivirus reports
10. Creating reports on weekly and monthly basis.
11. Reports generation wiz. Server Uptime Report, Proxy Report, Net vault client Backup
Status report interacting with customer for daily weekly calls & problem
12. Daily Coordination with the IT Management for the improvement in the tasks done and handled
13. Conducting Training for Customer & Team Members

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
